Orphan Black 3x1
When Rudy doesn't take her offer to trade baby bones for Helena, Sarah hits him with a shovel and runs away. He catches up to her pretty quickly, and it looks like game over for Sarah until unlikely saviour Mark wakes up and joins the party -- the kind of party in which he tries to pull rank with Rudy and prey on his black sheep status (dirty pool!). Rudy's tempted just to kill them both with no one being the wiser, but Mark calls his bluff and the two share a brotherly embrace instead. (I was also expecting someone to be shivved in this hug -- thanks, The 100! -- but it's just the run-of-the-mill variety.) Now that Mark and Rudy have made nice and made up, it's back to looking like game over for Sarah.
Orphan Black 3x1
King Joffrey Baratheon and his betrothed Lady Margaery Tyrell travel through Flea Bottom, when Margaery exits her litter to visit an orphanage as Joffrey hides. At dinner, Joffrey trades insults with his mother, in contrast to the harmonious Tyrells.
After the new opening credits, which are very, um, feminine, we return to the final moments of S2Ep8. The black hole dome forms over the power plant and Alt Martha uses the golden snitch to whisk a confused Young Jonas off to her world.
This is the same speech that Prime Martha as Ariadne gave in the S1Ep5 version of the play, though Prime Martha wore a white dress with a red cord around her waist and Alt Martha wears an unadorned black dress. ( In S1Ep6, Martha wore this under the white dress as a 2nd costume.) In season 1, Jonas went backstage after the play and told Martha what he did last summer. At that point, she was in the unadorned black. She kissed him. Also, as Prime Martha gave her speech in 2019, in 1986 teenage Hannah watched Ulrich and Katherina have sex for the first time.
Meanwhile, Jon Snow is led by Ygritte and the Lord of Bones into the main wildling camp in the Frostfangs mountains. It is not simply an army camp - almost all of wildling society is on the move to escape the White Walkers, including women and children. As they enter the camp, Jon is shocked to see a real-life giant walk past. Many of the wildlings are surprised to see Jon in his all-black Night's Watch clothing and shout "Crow!" at his approach. Several young boys pelt Jon with ice and small stones, but Ygritte shoos them away.
Meanwhile, Joffrey's ride back from the Great Sept of Baelor in a heavily guarded palanquin is interrupted when his betrothed, Lady Margaery Tyrell, stops the procession in Flea Bottom unexpectedly. Margaery shocks the guards and bewilders Joffrey by getting out and exploring, eventually arriving at an orphanage and interacting with the children. Meanwhile, her servants pass out bread and toys, earning her the love of Flea Bottom's smallfolk. That evening, Joffrey and Cersei visit Margaery and her brother Loras Tyrell for a small dinner party. Cersei admonishes Margaery's boldness and reminds her that her impromptu charity work took place on the same streets where the royal party was assaulted weeks earlier.
En route back to their ship, Ser Jorah urges that Daenerys should purchase the Unsullied, arguing that under her command, these slave soldiers will have a far better quality of life serving her than they would under Kraznys and his ilk. Daenerys is distracted by a playing child following her and Jorah, and neither notice a man in a hooded black cloak following them, armed with a dagger. 041b061a72
